By accessing or using this website (https://www.palmettomailbox.com) or engaging Palmetto Neighborhood Solutions for services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Payment is due at or before the time of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to provide payment may result in postponement of installation.

We do not typically require deposits. If a customer prepays, payment is refundable until production begins.

Production is defined as the start of CNC cutting or fabrication of custom materials.

Once CNC cutting or fabrication has begun, payments are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the work.

Accepted payment methods:
• Cash
• Check
• Credit or electronic payment (3% processing fee applies)

Customers are responsible for any returned check fees.

We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances and recover reasonable collection costs if necessary.

All estimates are subject to change based on final measurements, site conditions, material requirements, and compliance requirements.

Estimates are valid for ninety (90) days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.

Pricing may be adjusted due to unforeseen site conditions, including but not limited to:

• Hidden concrete or underground obstructions
• Irrigation or private utility lines
• Tree roots or soil complications
• USPS placement requirements
• HOA compliance requirements
• Inaccurate information provided by the customer

Minor material cost fluctuations are absorbed; however, significant unexpected increases prior to production may result in pricing adjustments.

Design changes or deviations from HOA requirements may result in additional charges.

Production timelines vary based on demand, season, material availability, weather conditions, and operational factors.

Typical production time is approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks; however, actual lead times may be longer during peak seasons.

Current estimated production timelines will be communicated at the time of order approval.

Estimated completion or installation dates are not guaranteed.

Delays do not constitute breach of agreement and do not qualify for cancellation or refund once production has begun.

Installation scheduling occurs after fabrication is complete.

The homeowner is responsible for contacting 811 and ensuring public utilities are properly marked prior to installation.

The homeowner is solely responsible for identifying and disclosing private utilities including irrigation systems, invisible fencing, electrical lines, low-voltage wiring, and drainage systems.

Palmetto Neighborhood Solutions is not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed utilities.

Customers are not required to be present during installation. Approval of the estimate grants permission for property access.

Mailbox placement follows standard USPS guidelines. Work is not considered complete until USPS placement requirements are satisfied. Adjustments caused by customer-directed deviations may result in additional charges.

Products are guaranteed to meet HOA requirements as communicated at the time of installation. We are not responsible for future HOA rule changes.

Installation dates are estimates and may change due to weather, safety concerns, material availability, or operational circumstances.

We make reasonable efforts to protect landscaping. Minor ground disturbance may occur and is considered normal.

Orders may be canceled prior to production for a full refund.

Once CNC cutting or fabrication begins, payments are non-refundable.

Reasonable rescheduling is permitted. Repeated rescheduling intended to delay installation or payment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of payments made after production begins.

If installation is refused at arrival:

• Full payment remains due if production has begun
• Newly fabricated materials will be retained by Palmetto Neighborhood Solutions
• Existing mailbox remains in place

Refusal of installation does not void payment obligations for custom work completed.

We provide a limited workmanship warranty of thirty (30) days from installation.

Customers must report concerns within the 30-day period.

Outdoor exposure, fading, weathering, environmental wear, or soil movement are not considered defects.

Vehicle impact, USPS damage, vandalism, acts of nature, or third-party damage void the warranty.

Except as expressly stated above, no additional warranties, express or implied, are provided.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
